These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Paathz platform and services operated by Paathz Pte. Ltd. ("Paathz", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Paathz website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, including Job Seekers and Employers.
• "Job Seeker" refers to individuals who create profiles, browse, and apply for hospitality roles through the Platform.
• "Employer" refers to businesses, organisations, or individuals that post job listings, browse candidates, and manage recruitment through the Platform.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, data, profiles, job listings, messages, and other materials submitted to or displayed on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, job listings, or profiles.
• Use the Platform to discriminate against any individual based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the Platform without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or functionality.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform without authorisation.
• Impersonate another person, entity, or Paathz representative.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Platform.
• Use the Platform to solicit users for purposes unrelated to legitimate recruitment or job seeking.

5. Job Seekers

• Job Seekers may create profiles, upload CVs, browse job listings, and apply for roles through the Platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information in your profile and applications.
• Paathz does not guarantee employment or placement. We facilitate connections between Job Seekers and Employers but are not a party to any employment agreement.
• By applying for a role, you consent to your profile information being shared with the relevant Employer.

6. Employers

• Employers may create company profiles, post job listings, search for candidates, and manage applications through the Platform.
• All job listings must be for genuine, currently available positions and must comply with applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions, employment terms, and compliance with all applicable laws (including but not limited to anti-discrimination, labour, and immigration laws).
• Employers shall not use candidate information obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than recruitment for the listed position.

7. AI-Powered Features

Paathz uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to match Job Seekers with roles, provide profile suggestions, and enhance the recruitment experience. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated recommendations are provided as suggestions only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for hiring or application decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Platform, including its design, features, content, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by Paathz Pte. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of Content you submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, you grant Paathz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Platform may be offered on a paid basis. Applicable fees, payment terms, and billing cycles will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paathz Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Paathz in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paathz Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) shall continue in effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paathz Pte. Ltd. regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
