Users can create profiles, upload CVs and short videos, view job listings, apply for positions, and interact directly with other verified users. During the beta phase, access to Paathz is provided free of charge, and features may be limited, experimental, or subject to change.
2. Eligibility: To use Paathz, you must:Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Use the service only for lawful purposes related to professional hospitality employment.Paathz reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the platform.
3. Account Registration and Security: You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your details as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@paathz.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct: Users agree not to:Post misleading, false, or inappropriate content, including fake job offers or CVs. Upload or transmit any harmful software or content that infringes upon intellectual property or data privacy rights. Scrape, copy, or resell any data from Paathz without written permission. Harass, discriminate, or engage in any abusive behavior toward other users.Paathz reserves the right to moderate, remove, or suspend accounts and content at our discretion.
5. Job Listings and Applications: Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings, compensation information, and compliance with applicable employment laws.Job Seekers are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of their profile information, uploaded documents, and any communication with Employers.Paathz does not participate in or guarantee employment contracts, interviews, or outcomes between users.
6. Data Storage and Privacy: All user data, including CVs, videos, and communications, is stored securely in Singapore-based servers.
Paathz complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information in Singapore and any other country where Paathz operates. 7. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, designs, and code related to Paathz are the exclusive property of Paathz Pte. Ltd. Users retain ownership of their personal content (CVs, videos, profile information) but grant Paathz a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of Paathz materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Beta Disclaimer: During the beta phase, Paathz is offered “as-is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet all user expectations.

10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paathz Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another user.
11. Termination: Paathz reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support@paathz.com.
12. Changes to Terms: Paathz may revise these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
